My husband and I are retired ,and currently living in Killingly,CT…originally from Lincoln. We are looking to downsize from a brand new (8yrs old) 8 room (full completed basement) residential area…….to a smaller (new or almost new)two bed condo or small home. We are looking to buy for under $250. if possible…..So. Kingstown and Richmond are two areas which are of interest to us. Wakefield, and surrounding towns are also fine. We are looking to make this change within the next year or so, but NOT before next Spring. We need to know about Condo fee???? Just what are they and what are you actually paying with these fees? Any information which you are able to forward to us would be most appreciated. Thank You, Dorothy NB Condo’ or small homes in the Lincoln, Smithfield area are a possible choice as well…..

Dorothy, i sent you an email but your best search is at https://www.rihousehunt.com with your searches & fees…all are here for you to evaluate. Once you are 3 months away from buying, and really ready to buy you should be in contact with me. Your breadth of search needs to be narrowed down considerably. Always choose the location first and the rest will follow if it is available in your price range. You are in a very competitive range and many are looking just like you so there are no bargains. There are great choices in RI real estate so decide what you want to be near. ginny
