23 North Kingstown homes sold in the past month:

1 home sold for greater than $1 million (North Kingstown non-waterfront home)

4 homes sold over $400,000
4 homes sold for between $300,000-$400,000
13 homes sold for under $300,000

 

There were 230 North Kingstown homes for sale in September 2011 which was a  3 % decrease over the prior month (6 less homes for sale).   The number of sold homes over August increased by 2 homes.  At present, there is a 10 month absorption rate to sell all homes on the market without any increase in inventory (it is a strong buyers market) in North Kingstown RI.
