15 Narragansett homes have been sold in March 2012, as follows:

 

4 homes sold over $400,000 ( 2 homes were under $1 million and were waterfront homes)

7 homes sold for between $300,000-$400,000
4 homes sold for under $300,000

Average Home Sale Price in March 2012 was $380,264,  homes sold on average for 95% of list price  and were on the real estate market for 146 days on average.

Median Home Sale Price in March 2012 was $328,000, median price of homes sold was 95% of list price and the median days on market were 123 days.

 

Home sales are up 200% over last year same time and pending home sales in Narragansett are up 55%…this is very encouraging news for sellers.

 

Buyers are definitely out there buying this year!

 

There were 179 Narragansett homes for sale in March 2012 which was a 1 % increase over the prior month(2 more homes for sale).    Certainly the choices of homes in all price ranges are there for interested buyers.  In the $1 million category,  there are 34 Narragansett homes for sale right now.   The number of homes sold in March was equal to the number sold in February 2012…. steady sales in this waterfront Narragansett community.
