Many of the RI towns (Wickford RI is a village within North Kingstown) have a Halloween ‘horribles parade’ but Wickford RI is gearing up to make theirs the best this year and to start the Wickford “Wicked” Week, the Wickford Horribles Parade will proceed through Wickford Village from St. Paul’s Episcopal Church’s parking lot at 55 Main Street, Wickford RI at 11:30am. With the Halloween parade beginning at noon and the procession going through Wickford village.
