Finding Your Mambo in Real Estate

Finding Your Mambo in Real Estate

There is something called the ‘green flash‘ that viewers of

Sunset - having your Mambo on

sunsets look for in the setting of the day that makes real estate enjoyment 101 or finding your mambo in RI real estate even more interesting.  It says more about the people enjoying the waterfront or oceanfront wherever that may be.  The green flash is an optical happening that is unique.  Isn’t finding your mambo similar?  I would say it is if you want to excel at your real estate craft.

Yes, the closer you get to the Equator the colors of sunset become more brilliant, people more friendly (what is it about southern warmth?), real estate more desirable (especially oceanfront real estate) and the end of day brings a satisfaction that just can inspire you.  With a little glam thrown in the real estate holdings 101.  The enjoyment it brings to all who just ‘sponge’ it up is part of loving the real estate business worldwide.

It is more than just the unwinding in this business because I find I never sleep (so to speak) in this real estate life…there is always something to learn, property to sell or help buy and new found knowledge to acquire.  If you ever stop learning (or try to stop learning) in real estate well then you will never find your true mambo for yourself or your clients.

The green flash is not a figment of imagination to seek out but an inspiration in finding one’s mambo in real estate enjoyment 101.

@Marcie Sandalow – I have to agree. I have been trying to get back to the Keys ever since I left. Now if I can only figure out why I left?

Oh, a sunset in the Keys. Doesn’t get much better. What I love about being in real estate are the extras you get out of life just by being a little curious about houses (a little history, those views!, etc). It has certainly enriched my life.

Beautiful video…and your points are well taken. This is truly a business where you become totally immersed in every aspect. I don’t think it is possible to be any other way, if one is truly passionate about it.
