            Average home sold for $473,459 at 94% of list price and days on market was 149.

            Median home sold for $415,000 at 96% of list price and days on market was 74.

Overall June was an outstanding month for East Greenwich home sales.  Home inventory has increased by a mere 1% .  We saw an increase on  average days on market and homes sales prices decreased by 4%.    55% increase in home sales in June over May is huge.    However, we now have a true balanced real estate market here (neither a buyers or sellers market) with barely 5 months of home inventory.

Comparing East Greenwich RI home sales for the month of June 2012 compared to June 2013 showed an increase in home sales by 15%.  Home prices are up by 5% over the same period of time.  The East Greenwich RI home sales market is a sellers market right now with less than 4 months of home inventory on the market!
