In my waterfront North Kingstown neighborhood, buyers cruise around in their cars all the time trying to scope out the next Rhode Island real estate buy. Being in a coastal neighborhood that has one way in and one way out, buyers end up there and go wow…look at the waterfront!
Narragansett Bay is smack right in a drivers view as you drive into the North Kingstown neighborhood and a Rhode Island real estate buyer with a mission in finding a home within walking distance of the water, beach at hand is found.
Well that is exactly what happened the other morning. Knock at the door and the gentleman at the door asked me if I was a North Kingstown realtor?
