What is Selling in North Kingstown Real Estate?
Average Home Sale Price in February 2012 was $342,518, homes sold for 98% of list price and were on the real estate market for 94 days on average.
There were 172 North Kingstown homes for sale in February 2012 which was a minimal increase (+1 home) in inventory over the prior month. Home sales increased by 4 homes (16 homes sold) over the prior month or 33%. Yet, if you look at the sales numbers above it is interesting how strong the real estate market is here for homes under $300,000. February is showing increased signs of life as buyers are out buying in the current real estate market. An early spring in the uptick of the North Kingstown real estate market is apparent and it is encouraging.
