2 waterfront Narragansett homes over $1 million

6 homes sold over $400,000

4 homes sold for between $300,000-$400,000

8 homes sold for under $300,000

Narragansett Rhode Island Real Estate Home Sale Information Facts:

Average Home Sale Price in May 2012 was $441,015, homes sold on average for 93% of list price and were on the real estate market for 154 days on average.

Median Home Sale Price in May 2012 was $374,950, median price of homes sold was 93% of list price and the median days on market were 137 days.

Home sales are up 18% over last year same time (May 2012 compared to May 2011) while pending home sales in Narragansett are up 4%…this continues to be good news for sellers.

There were 179 Narragansett homes for sale in May 2012 which was a 5% increase over the prior month(9 more homes for sale). The choices of homes in all price ranges are there for interested ready, willing and able buyers. In the $1 million category of homes, there are 37 Narragansett homes for sale right now. The number of homes sold in May was 3 less than the number sold in April…. and yes luxury waterfront sales in this waterfront Narragansett community are selling again.
