Home sales are down 14% over the prior month and number of homes on the Charlestown market decreased by 3%.
The year to date Charlestown Home Sales are up 23% in 2012 over same period in 2011- not that is a rebounding Rhode Island real estate market!

Median Home Sale Price in June 2012 was $251,000, median price of homes sold was 92% of list price and the median number of days on the market was 52.
